Dina arbetsuppgifterYour main tasks will be to support the employees within the organization and deliver IT-support for questions, problems, hardware, software and infrastructure in the applications that are used. Much of that support can be given remotely, further the work involves maintaining the IT infrastructure together with your colleagues. In this role, you are responsible for resolving support issues internally at the company, this can be, for example troubleshooting and system management. The IT environment consist of matters and questions concerning the various applications used within the organization, you will work with the following technologies, Windows Server, Windows 10, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Linux, Networking, Follow-me printing, Virtualisation, Security and PowerShell.
Utbildning, Erfarenhet och personliga egenskaper:
• Upper secondary education, preferably in IT or another relevant area
• 0-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Technical interest
• Good knowledge of Microsoft365, Office, Windows 10, Powershell and a generally good understanding of IT
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, in both speech and writing
You are a communicative person, as you have many contact points in this role, which means you understand the importance of good and clear communication. You have a good problem-solving ability, you are independent and have the ability to go forward and take the initiative to deliver solutions to the situations you face. Furthermore, you enjoy varying work tasks and are flexible in your way of working as you have the ability to adapt to the prevailing situation.
