This is a consulting assignment with good opportunities for recruitment. In this role, you will initially be employed by Bravura, and it is stated that Epidemic Sound intends to offer you a job with them in the long run. Tasks and responsibilities:

In the role of IT Support Specialist, you are responsible for manning the service desk and greeting employees in the 'Tech bar'. Along with your team of four, you will offer hands-on support, as well as receiving incoming cases from the organization's employees within 1st and 2nd line support. Through the ticket system, you are responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, whilst providing first class service along the way. Typical cases can be, for example, user support, installation, and configuration of computers in our core tools, such as Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Confluence and Okta.

You run cases independently from start to finish or escalate the case to the relevant department. You consistently administrate in the case management system as well as update and write support documentation. In addition to this, you work preventively by analyzing why certain problems arise. You are also encouraged to contribute ideas and be creative to develop your team's way of working.

Common duties:
• Responsible for service desk and matters within 1st and 2nd line support
• Troubleshooting and problem solving within Mac environments
• Installation and configuration

Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:

• Minimum one year of experience in similar role within Mac environments
• Excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written. English is the company language and all support, both written and verbal, takes place in English.
• Relevant education within IT is meritorious
• Experience within Google Workspace is highly advantageous
