Publiceringsdatum2023-03-31ArbetsuppgifterAs an IT Support Specialist at Epidemic Sound, you will be responsible for managing the service desk and helping the organization 's employees with IT support.
It will also include:
* Troubleshooting and problem solving within Mac environments
* Responsible for service desk and matters within 1st and 2nd line support
* Installation and configuration

For the first 6 months you will be a consultant via us at TNG, working at Epidemic Sound. There is great possibility of extending the employemnt. You will work full time starting as soon as possible.
You will be part of a dedicated team of four people who have a great interest in technology and service. You will be offered a role with great variety. Prepare yourself for new challenges and new problems to solve from day to day.
Våra förväntningar
We are looking for someone who have a great interest in technology. You are service-oriented, pedagogical and you are comfortable having contact with a lot of peple. You thrive when you get to help your colleagues and solve problems. You need a minimum of one year experience from a similar role and of working with MAc and iOS. Excellent knowledge of English is requiered, both spoken and written. English is the company language and all support will be in English. Relevant education within IT is a plus.
