Main Tasks
• Agree with IT/WSS the number of Collaboration Open Houses to organize during the year and way forward
• Agree with IT/WSS the resources needed on each site (if the sessions can be enterally performed by WSS or not).
• Coordinate manning for the different tools and trainings
• Facilitate and drive follow up of Collaboration activities performed in each of the sites after the first Collaboration sessions. It is crucial to get the momentum created in each of the sites and show to Essity employees that the Collaboration Days are just the beginning of the journey.
• Cascade the information to the WSS representatives that will be in charge of user training
• Communication channel, with team members and Customers
• Follow agreed common approach towards our Essity Customers
• Be an equal, educated speaking partner for users regarding the functionality and best use of defined services
• Support business in identifying and reporting the need for adaptations of defined services

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our business unit Global IT Services team in Gothenburg/Mölndal.
This position will give you the opportunity to interact with Essity customers and IT colleagues worldwide.

Key Competencies

• Relevant IT educational background
• Minimum 5 years ' of experience within IT
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
• Knowledge sharer
• Training skills
