Mölnlycke Health Care are recruiting another experienced colleague to join our team on a permanent position.
We are looking for an excellent service provider that would like to solve different IT- problems for our end users. This position is intended to give support and solutions on IT questions within the organization at headquarter in order to have effective use of IT tools. The position is permanent, reports to IT Service Desk Team manager and is based at headquarters in Göteborg, Sweden.

Publiceringsdatum2011-12-14Dina arbetsuppgifterYour duties are many and various with main focus on solving different IT- problems for our end users.
You will:
• Provide personal IT support within the team to have optimal IT support for the users.
• Give users training if needed, to minimize the need from users for IT support.
• Ensure appropriate escalation of problems to customers and MHC IT management to limit user downtime.
• Report needs for changes of the MHC IT structure to management in order to have the most effective use for the MHC IT infrastructure.
• Provide support for synchronization features on mobile phones.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
You preferably have helpdesk experience or a similar appropriate educational background and knowledge regarding MS and end user environment. The position will entail working with many different people and should be able to communicate well in written and spoken Swedish and English.
You are service minded and can easily interact with other people. It is of great importance that you are a good listener, patient and have pedagogic skills. You are a team player but also able to work independently.
