Your responsibilities will include technical support via telephone for the company employees, solving of technical problems and handling requests for different technical service. In addition, you will be handling remotely software installations and upgrades.

NORWEGIAN SPEAKING IT SUPPORT PERSON
Job requirements:
• Fluent Norwegian and English language skills are a must;
• Knowledge in Windows support environment, servers and MS Office products would be a plus;
• Good social skills, positive customer service oriented approach and excellent communication skills.
