Congrex are an industry leader in the MICE (meetings, incentives, conference & exhibitions) providing integrated services. Congrex IT division supports Congrex office with IT infrastructure and hardware support all over the world. This person will be responsible for hardware and network support in the Sweden based offices of our group as well as assisting with support to all other clients where required (globally).
The job requires excellent communication and telephone assistance skills. Travel to work in destinations such as Barcelona, Frankfurt and Bangkok could be expected.
The appropriate candidate will need to adapt very quickly to changing environments. Working under pressure and meeting deadlines is a key aspect to the roll to meet client satisfaction expectations.
Job Specification:
• Assisting with external client support through communications on helpdesk systems.
• Supporting IT infrastructure and hardware support to Congrex group offices.
• Installation and support of Congrex applications on client computers and networks.
• Networking, installation and application support at client events as required.
Essential Skills:
• Knowledge of the creation and maintenance of computer networks.
• Skills with Windows. OS and application installations on Windows Server and Windows XP/Vista.
• Ability to communicate with clients to assist with support requests and communicates solutions effectively.
• Enthusiasm and willing to work independently in a small and lively team environment.
• Service oriented attitude.
Examples of daily tasks:
Supporting user's usage of electronic devices such as computer, phones, PDA, printers, copying-machines, faxes, etc.
Installation of computers
Administration of antivirus applications
Installation and updates of software applications
Installation of temporary office at conference venues globally (International travel required)
Manage user information in Active Directory
Support and configuration of Office Applications Körkort
B körkort fordras.
