hela Sverige We are looking for junior IT support staff to join our IT department at Grins Stockholm office.
This opening is for a person that can handle both IT support related issues as well as more handyman oriented tasks such as setting up tables and helping administration with various things.
Responsibilities
Client support, Windows XP and Vista.
Pinpointing errors in client machines, replacing broken parts or software.
Installation and setup of new computers as well as preparation of new workplaces.
Help with various tasks around the office.
Requirements
Very service minded and friendly.
Able to repair computers; finding out which part is broken and replacing it.
Able to help users with common computer related issues.
Be methodical, thorough and organized.
Excellent spoken and written English.
The following are not required but are considered beneficial to your application.
Working knowledge of Linux or other non Windows platforms.
Experience with web servers and versioning systems.
Scripting (VBA, Perl or other)
Basic understanding of Maya, Max & Photoshop.
Basic understanding of networks and their architecture.

Heltid
40 hours a week. 6 months trial. Thereafter permanent position.
ErsättningFast lön
Stipend plus bonus. Salary claim shall be written in application.
