The IT support Engineer shall be responsible for user management across the logistics applications, Novell identity manager and requirement gathering for SSO deployment.
Job description:
• Creating user account, assigning role and distributing login credentials.
• Designing and developing a functional request process for both internal and external users.
• Gathering of information and requirements for the SSO deployment.
• Responsible for support and maintenance of user access to the logistics applications.
• Engaging in meetings with the application team and providing knowledge and support needed.
• Troubleshooting and solving tickets that are user admin related.
Required skill:
• Experience from IT support and troubleshooting.
• Experience from working close to end-users and customers.
• Ability to conduct and facilitate workshops.
• Knowledge of ITIL.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Analytic ability and an interest in reading.
It is an advantage if you have experience with the following: Inet Transport management system, Novell Identity manager, LDAP.
