The Local IT Support resolves accepted cases, called in from the user, in cooperation with the user at site. To be part of the desk side support and solution center, meens that you perform support service, installation, repairs hand out packages etc. Most services are delivered through the customers IT Service Spots to which the users can turn to pick up HW deliveries and have equipment repaired

Profil
For this position you need a genuin interest in IT, prior work experience and a valid drivers licence. Experience in working with customers is an advantage.
