Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
You are responsible for our internal IT support, which means responsibility for requesting accounts, password, resolve network problems and IT purchases. You contribute to the maintenance of our systems and the installation of the software. Our head office is located in Durban, to which you will have a close contact and regular meetings with.
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
We believe that the one we are looking for have a technical interest and thrive in a communicative and social role in which you must use your skills to help others. You are service minded and responsible. We are looking for you who have a passion for IT and are driven to provide qualified IT support to the organization.
To succeed in this role we believe you have;
• IT Secondary School (IT Gymnasium)
• Good knowledge in MS Windows, Apple Mac OS X (Linux is a bonus)
• Experience of working in a service profession
• Good knowledge in Swedish and English, both oral and written
