You will work together with the IT team on solving basic technical challenges in a constantly growing organization. The IT department work with determination, heart and passion to deliver reliable support to the company. We believe that amazing support service doesn't happen by accident!
Join us for the coming year! This is a temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent, starting as soon as possible.
Your days will be filled with
Installation and basic troubleshooting of Windows, Linux and Mac computers
Ensuring meeting room equipment is up and running
Helping fellow colleagues with Microsoft Teams meetings
Assisting our internal users with various IT related issues
In this role, you will have a great opportunity to develop your IT skills further!
We are looking for someone who
Is a team player and truly enjoys helping others
Has a love for IT and new technology
Is fluent in both verbal and written English and Swedish
Experience from working within IT is meriting as well as experience from working with installation and troubleshooting in Windows, Mac and Linux.
To be successful in this role we believe that you have a "can-do" attitude. You know that everything gets easier with a smile and a helping hand. If something needs to get done, you do it! If something needs to be improved, you improve it! (With the help and support of your colleagues of course.).
