The IT Department at Industrial Technique Nacka is looking for an IT Specialist. Your mission will be to contribute to the IT Departments service level to help our users with SharePoint, Nintex and Jira.
The objective of the IT Department is to reduce the IT related costs, give high class support, and be in compliance with Group policies, laws and regulations as well as to create more value through improved efficiency and increased risk awareness.
As an IT Specialist, you will develop SharePoint applications with Nintex forms and flows, be a Jira specialist and take care of licenses, purchase of computers, etc. You will be the main point of contact of all IT related challenges at the IT Department.
Examples of responsibilities are to
• Set-up and develop the Jira platform and lead the governance with external supplier
• Development and maintenance work of SharePoint applications; sometimes with Nintex
• Be responsible for managing, coordinating, planning all IT related user activities - Support all users with IT related tasks
• Manage the onboarding system, PC Register and other SharePoint IT related applications
• Manage and create permission groups and support issues
• Follow up issues towards Service Desk
• To be responsible for the purchase of computers
You will report to our IT Manager.
Experience requirements
It is desirable that you have experience of working with SharePoint, Nintex and Jira. It is an advantage if you have an interest to work with administrational tasks and to be service minded - since you will be in the middle of the support to our users. It is preferable that you have a good understanding of developing applications and some database knowledge. Verbal and written communication capabilities in English is a must.
As IT Specialist, you need to handle several tasks at the same time. The work requires that you are efficient, independent and can set priorities. At the same time, good interaction with our stakeholders is crucial for high quality deliverance of IT services. It is important to share expertise and technology as well as to promote leading practices. You are good at networking within the organization, as you will have many different internal stakeholders.
Educational requirements
It is desired to have IS/IT knowledge and development skills within the administration field.
Personality requirements
In order to be successful in this role you need to be structured, have good communication skills, and have high degree of personal integrity. You are curious and interested to learn processes and projects. You need to be self-motivated and enjoy working independently as well as in a team.
