• Investigating users requests, troubleshoot and find solutions
• Querying database to get reports
• Monitoring and analyzing the multiple internal systems
• Interface with Security to ensure proper function of systems, tools and reports
• Creation of new reports to match business requirements
We are looking for IT Specialist who can integrate hardware, software, and network solutions and identify project requirements and delivers high-quality solutions in response to varying business needs. IT Specialist develops proof of concepts, design, develops, builds, test and implement systems and has an in-depth understanding of offerings and services within the company, provides technical support internal infrastructure.
Skills
We are looking for you who:
• Have fluent communication and writing skills in English, Chinese is advantage.
• Have a University Education in Computer Science and/or Engineering or similar knowledge
• Have at least 3 years experience in developing reports in BI systems.
• Have very good knowledge of SQL, VBA, Excel or Access
• Have a firm understanding of finance and retail business
This position will be located in our office in Vällingby.
