We are currently looking for a IT Specialist, based in Gothenburg, Sweden at our Gothenburg Technical Center with over 60 employees and consultants working with development of electrical systems for the automotive industry.

As IT Specialist at Lear you are responsible of 1st level problem analysis and resolution, escalation to 2nd level support when required and maintenance of tickets resolution database and knowledge.
In this role you also are responsible of include 2nd level problem analysis and resolution, escalation to 3rd level support when required, installation, configuration and administration of servers, maintenance of hardware and software inventories and documentation of patches, new configurations, administration procedures, systems tuning and performance, data backup and technical workshops for end-users or other administrators.

Is involved in the following IT management processes: Manage problems and incidents, Acquire and maintain Technology Infrastructure; Develop and maintain procedures; Install , release and maintain systems; Manage changes; Manage performance and capacity; Ensure continuous service; Ensure Systems security; Manage the configuration; Manage problems and incidents; Manage Data

Implements and accomplishes standards and compliance requirements as defined in internal standards and regulations and SOX regulations. Assure local system security and availability and actively participate in preparation and execution of Business Impact Analysis and Disaster Recovery planning and testing.

• Be available on-call when required to ensure proper level of service and response time in case of critical incidents.

To be successful in this position you will need:

• Teamwork and communication skills
• Degree in Computer Science, related engineering or equivalent.
• MCSE or MCSA certifications are recommended
• Well organised and methodical
• Fluent English and local language
