Are you our new IT Business Partner?
Responsibilities & Duties
We are looking for a member to our Marketing and Communications team within the global IT organization. You will take responsibility for driving web related projects and changes to success.
We see a need for an IT business application specialist that can, through business cooperation, suggest how we can develop our web and social media presence. You will work closely with our marketing and corporate communication teams.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
• As the specialist on Web and Social Media actively participate in the projects and changes in this area.
• Anticipate market and business requirements through close cooperation with key stakeholders both inside and outside IT. A liaison among stakeholders in order to understand the business requirements and develop the IT systems.
• The business application specialist acts both as a change manager when defining and executing change requests, as well as a subject matter specialist in projects.
• Defines standards and policies for the web area and follows up deliveries from external suppliers.
The position is permanent, reports to the Team Manager in IT for the Marketing and Communication area and is based at the corporate headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden.
Qualifications and personal qualities
You have at least 5 years of experience from business oriented IT. First and foremost, you are an expert in the area of web and social media. It is important that you are both business and customer focused. As a person you have a strong drive, development focus, a holistic view and strong analytical skills. You have strong interpersonal communication and relation skills.
A Bachelor Degree in IT, Technology, Business or equivalent is preferred. The position will entail working global with many different people and you should be able to communicate well in written and spoken English.
