INFRASTRUCTURE AND END USER SERVICES

Within SE IT, Infrastructure and End user services is combination of core deliverables in areas of platforms, networks, communication and support services with target to develop and deliver business valued IT Services to drive renewable growth and change, with continued cost efficiency.

Job description
We looking for a motivated and innovative individual who is ready to join the Support Services team in Sweden and work with co-operation of external and internal service providers.

Your goal is to drive high user satisfaction with the contribution on the IT Support Services. You will be working closely with other IT teams to develop support services with measurable targets.

Service Management

* Manage and ensure IT operations on Biomaterials Innovation Centre
* Develop/coordinate workplace & network services according to global service standard
* Coordinate/Monitor operational SLA/OLAs with suppliers
* Ensure coordination and cooperation with all service stakeholders, including other BIS teams, suppliers and partners as well as with business/customers
* Bring in new ideas for improving your service for users
* Reporting on Service performance and other metrics and KPIs
* Budget and cost follow-up as well as other administrative tasks

Project management

* Initiate, steer and/or manage projects and small enhancements in your service area
* Run changes and projects according to the Change Management and Project Portfolio Management processes and tools

Qualifications & Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent field of experience
* Strong customer-facing skills and the ability to build and maintain working relationships with customers at all levels
* Minimum 3 years relevant working experience on Service desk, Windows, Servers, workstations, AD structures and networks, conference equipment and virtualization
* Fluency in Swedish and English, other languages are an advantage
* Experience in implementing improvements to IT services
* Technical understanding of the standard workplace infrastructure used in Stora Enso is a benefit
* Solid analytical thinking and capacity to view things from a wider strategic perspective
* Interested in developing him/herself and others
* ITIL v3 Foundation certification is as advantage
* Flexibility and readiness to travel
