Arbetsuppgifter: Roche Diagnostics is looking for an IT solution specialist to further strengthen our Products & Services team in Sweden. You will be responsible for customer related activities such as installation, configuration, system integration, testing, deployment, customer training, and support of our IT solutions to clinical laboratories. Through interaction with our customers you will further assist our sales teams selling our IT solutions, answering IT specific tender requirements, and you will collect customer demands and improvement suggestions to feed back to our product development teams. You will work with customers in the whole of Sweden. Extensive travel is therefore required. We are looking for persons based in Stockholm, Gothenburg or Skåne.
Kvalifikationer: Education Relevant academic degree, however an alternative combination of experience, education, and training may be considered as equivalent of the above. Work Experience You have experience from working with clinical laboratories in combination with relevant education and experience with IT and project work or equal IT background from other business areas. It is a big advantage if you are working with IT solutions for clinical laboratories today, either as a key user or with a supplier of such solutions. Personal Competencies You are technically skilled, always delivering with quality in combination with giving excellent customer service. You are focused to create value, serve as a role model for the organization, deliver results, and you are open minded with an eagerness to innovate, learn, and change. You have excellent communication skills both in Swedish and English. We are looking for someone who continuously shows high integrity, personal courage, and passion in their work.
