As IT Solution Responsible, you will have a key role within our global online expansion and work with our new online platform; an end to end solution that span over most of our organization, with emphasis on Sales, Logistics and Finance core processes for our online business.
You will work close together with our business to define the operational and tactical roadmap for the platform. You will be involved in scoping the content of the releases and be responsible for coordination of collection, investigation, analyze and prioritization of business and IT needs from all stakeholders. You will govern the cross-organizational rationalizations and optimizations from the platform perspective and work closely with architects and project managers to secure solutions and balancing long term benefits with a pragmatic time to market approach. Your focus is in understanding the needs of H&M as a whole and it's strategic direction.
To succeed in this role we believe you want to continue to build on your skills in e-commerce and contribute with your knowledge in application management, architecture and leadership, with a business touch.
You will be a part of a team that is responsible for scaling the solution to manage both the expansion and transition of markets, making sure to drive improvements to ensure stable operations as well as all improvements made to the customer offer, improvements for surrounding business and IT processes.

Your responsibilities
The job of an IT Solution Responsible at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - but also a lot of fun.
Your to do-list includes:
• Create and maintain the roadmap of the business and IT solution for e-com with input from business development, expansion/transition plans, operations, IT and business scalability forums
• Together with the Business Solution Lead create and maintain the overall roadmap of the e-com solution on the new online platform
• Conduct feasibility studies from a business solution and delivery perspective
• Act as support during the different phases of design, development, test and post go-live support
• Understand and support operations with critical solution related incidents and problems
• Scope and define new business opportunities
• Prepare business case in collaboration with stakeholders
• Conduct the initial risk assessment from a business and IT solution perspective

And your skills include:
• Experienced in e-com solutions
• Extensive experience in application management
• Experienced in creating and maintaining roadmaps for this type of solutions
• A good understanding of architectural contexts
• Leadership experience, e.g. as a manager or team leader
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English
• A make it happen attitude and good at building relationships

The IT-department is located in Stockholm and Borås and conduct business virtually all over the globe.
