We own the production and development plans and are responsible for the IT process support for product, offers and bundles. Another major task over the coming years is to transform operations through industrialization, cost efficiency and multi-country production.
Our geographical scope is Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, the Nordic/Baltic interconnections and TeliaSonera International Carrier.
Technology Solutions currently have more than 2000 employees in 13 countries.
We are looking for an IT Solution Manager (ISM) for IT systems in the area of Resource Implementation incl. GIS. Main task would be IT management of the system 1B.
BTS IT is a new department responsible for both BSS and OSS systems. In this responsibility lies:
• Create and manage long term technical roadmap for (product & process) BSS & OSS development within BA BS according to Broadband and Group IT governance
• Deliver IT services in IT domains Service Assurance, Channels, CRM, Billing, Resource Implementation, Integration and Provisioning.
• Execute IT part (resources and deliveries) in product, offering and process development transformation programs, projects and assignments according to Delivery Plan to meet market needs. This comprises the whole project lifecycle; pre DP0 - EP.
• Continuous Improvement of IT development Methods
• Manage Cost Efficient BSS & OSS:
• Center of excellence for BSS & OSS in TS BBS
• Ownership of the BSS & OSS
• Responsible for daily operations and maintenance of the BSS & OSS systems according to SLA/OLA/KPIs.
• Responsible for vendor management according to sourcing and vendor strategy.
• Responsible for harmonizing of maintenance and development in the cross-country environment => MMO
• Responsible of Total cost of ownership => TCO
• Resource Lifecycle Management
• Testing service for the full BABS IT test field
• Support projects with requirement management competences and processes.
• Resource and competence management according to the long term plans.
Job description
The IT Solution Manager must have a holistic understanding of the IT solution including functions, and architecture. The ISM must also have a good understanding of supported process (logistics) for the stakeholders. The ISM works closely together with the stakeholders, Application Manager and IT Solution Owner for developing and maintaining the solution. Main tasks in the position are:
• Plan, run and monitor administration, operation and development for the IT solution.
• Produce data for agreements, contracts and licenses with Purchasing functions and suppliers, and ensure compliance and fulfillment
• Progress report to IT Solution Owner
• Ensure that the IT solution complies with current IT strategies, rules and regulations.
• Establish and run networks for stakeholders/parties of the IT solution.
• Together with the business manager, take part in forum for business monitoring of the IT solution.
• Inform suppliers about current plans and changes.
• Ensure and plan the IT solution's resources
• Formulate the administration plan for the coming period, incl. budget proposals
• Follow up the economy for the IT solution.
• Procure and coordinate IT suppliers according to the administration plan
• Ensure that there are reserve and emergency plans
• Set up interface agreements for adjacent objects

Qualifications
• Preferably a University Degree from a relevant area
• Experience from IT System's maintenance and development
• Strong understanding of the Logistic processes
• Fluency in English
• Good understanding of financial figures
