For our Trelleborg Administrative Services (TAS) team in Trelleborg we are looking for an IT Solution Manager. TAS provides financial services to a number of companies in Sweden within the areas of accounting, reporting, tax, accounts payables, accounts receivables and payroll.

TAS strives to streamline business processes and IT systems to enable improved efficiency, service level and compliance. As IT Solution Manager, you will play an important role in the continuous improvement process.

The main objective for this position is to take hands-on ownership of TAS Finance applications and integrations with other systems.

Your future position

You will be overall responsible for TAS applications and integrations. In that role, you are reporting directly to the Director of TAS. The following tasks are included in your responsibility:

• application -integration, -configuration and -maintenance

• training, user support and technical direction for problem resolution

• participate in user- and process forums and application integration projects

• order and coordination of services delivered by external providers

• liaise closely with external application specialists

• monitor and follow-up of SLAs

• develop improvement plans by reviewing and analyzing application efficiency as well as collecting proposals for improvement from the business

• plan, coordinate and oversee activities related to changes in design and services

• enforce and monitor security and internal audit policies and procedures

• maintain application and interface documentation

• acting as contact person for the centrally managed IT Infrastructure Services Team (Group IT)

The role involves interaction with other parts of the organization within the Group and you will have a close collaboration with people outside of TAS.

Your profile and position requirements

We are looking for someone who is passionate about IT and has a very good understanding of how IT can support the business and business processes in an optimal way. Maybe you are currently an application specialist, consultant, project manager or similar with extensive ERP knowledge and experience of both application and infrastructure domains.

You have a university degree within IT, information technology, finance or engineering. It is a requirement that you have experience of SAP or Microsoft Dynamics AX with an extensive system knowledge in general. Experience of financial modules is highly meritorious for this role. Expertise in ITIL and project management is an advantage.
