hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Cint AB i Stockholm Cint is currently looking to hire an IT Solution Manager to work on their NetSuite business solution. The main-focus will be on development, support, training and maintenance and their different modules. We are looking for someone with a recorded experience of database development, support and maintenance in a complex technical environment with lots of different dependencies. Knowledge in SQL is highly appreciated. The NetSuite business solution is widely implemented in the Cint organization and serves as CRM, ERP and project management software, hence this role will work in close cooperation with our Sales, Finance and Operations teams.
This opportunity offers a wide variety of tasks with the overall responsibility for Netsuite. Among others these tasks are to:
• Develop and improve the different technical suits and processes within NetSuite
• Identify and solve anomalies and incidents
• Implement new solutions
• Act as the go-to person on all things related to NetSuite
• Support and train end-users
• Manage the relationship with internal stakeholders as well as with the NetSuite system provider
• Develop and improve the structure for system governance
The candidate we are looking for should:
• Have experience from working with Netsuite
• Understanding database development (SQL, Oracle or other relational based databases)
• Be eager to take on responsibility over Netsuite in a complex technical environment with lots of users
• Be comfortable working independently as well as with others
• Have experience from supporting and maintaining business solution systems
• Preferably have some background from and understanding of Finance and Sales and thereto related processes
• Have a driven mind set and be able to take initiatives from idea to implemented solution

The IT Solution Manager for NetSuite role is part of the Tech Support team based in the Stockholm headquarters, conveniently located in the city centre, and reports to the VP of Tech Support.
