Solution center GTO Powertrain Skövde are having great challenges ahead and are now increasing our team with an IT Solution leader. We are facing an interesting project journey implementing new solutions supporting production processes, where you can be a part and have great learning opportunities in early phases of the projects.
You will be a part of our broad and knowledgeable team who takes an end-to-end responsibility for a variety of different applications, managing both projects, maintenance, and on-call support.

Main Responsibilities:
Promote collaboration and teamwork
Main point of contact for business requirement, roll out needs etc.
Handle the Process & Solution Key User network in collaboration with stakeholders
Prioritize requirements from Process & Solution Key User Network
Secure solution competence for functional application support
Secure continuity management for the solution
Propose prioritization of changes in the
Propose the release plan for the solution in line with priorities
Participate in user acceptance test sessions
Managing solution training needs, training plans and training material
Communicate enhancement estimates
Ensure that the solution lifecycle is properly executed
Secure alignment to governance and architecture directives, & best practices
Work proactively with continuous improvements
Ensure applicable IT security directive is followed for the service
Propose needed service level targets
Give input to the yearly Solution delivery plan within the budget frame
You will be a good fit if having:
A curious and "can do" mindset
Great communication & presentation skills
Experience working with global teams
Analytic and planning skills
Good knowledge in tools like Service Now/ VGAC / Planview
Experience from managing people or teams
