In this recruitment, TSIC has chosen to cooperate with Bravura, who will take care of all the applications and the recruitment process. You will initially be an employed consultant at Bravura, with the goal of eventually be employed by TSIC.

We offer a skilled and highly motivated IT Solution Architect a very interesting role where you get to design and implement the IT-solutions for the future. At TSIC you will be able to be innovative and use your experience of IT-solutions to improve the entire company. As IT-Solution Architect you cooperate closely with the business and process departments in order to specify suitable IT-solutions that are in line with our IT-visions. Depending on the size of the solution you will also participate in the procurement and implementation of the IT-solutions.
Main responsibilities
• Ensure suitable IT-solutions are designed for the business departments
• Ensure close and good collaboration with the business and process departments
• Ensure the business departments are aware of the possibilities that are made available by modern IT-solutions
• Ensure new IT-solutions are in line with the visions
Main tasks
• Innovate and design IT-solutions in existing and new systems
• Specify the technical design for IT-solutions
• Conduct workshops with business and process and gather requirements
• Present different alternatives and explain consequences to the stakeholders
• Estimate costs for solutions by interacting with internal and external parties
• Procure or participate in the procurement of the solutions
• Follow international trends relevant for TSIC IT department and share the key findings
KvalifikationerQualifications:
• At least 5-7 years of relevant experience (as developer, solution architect or business consultant).
• Proven track record of independent design and development of complex solutions.
• Good knowledge in and experience of complex object oriented modern system design.
• You are fluent in English, both written and oral.
• A university degree, preferably within IT or software engineering (nice to have).
Personal characteristics
You have very good knowledge of IT-system capabilities and drawbacks. You also have a strong interest in the business and how modern IT solutions will enable the business to excel. You are at the same time open for collaboration and sharing knowledge with colleagues that not have the same level of skills and you are inspired by being a mentor to others. Furthermore you have good social skills, strong integrity and ability to negotiate, carry forward and secure decisions.
