IT Solution Architect within DRP solution studies for datacenter and ITSCM (IT Service Continuity Management) process framework development. The main objective is to implement the ITSCM 2.0 strategy for secure Ericsson Business Critical Areas (BCA).
Drive feasibility studies for datacenter & HW Disaster Recovery Plan for management decision
Research & Development of ITSCM 2.0 framework for DRP e.g. DRP & test plan templates, ITSCM tracker
Development of training material for ITSCM 2.0
Perform training and catching towards system owner of ITSCM 2.0
Increase awareness across the global Group IT from Market Area IT to Solution Areas
Contribution to ITSCM process & BCM FW connection to ITSCM
Review requirements, ITSCM related documents and process
Support and coordinate BCM & Disaster Recovery exercises
Sell IT risks & mitigations solutions to management and IT system owner
Observation of IT risks both in architecture solution but also in process and documentations
Will working under Agile Scrum WoW within IT BCM Core Team under the lead of ISMS Control Owner for IT BCM & ITSCM or IT BCM lead
Qualifications and Education Requirements
IT Solution Architect background and IT Service Management ITIL
Preferred Skills:
• Experiences of ITSCM process, IT Disaster Recovery Plan and technical solutions such as redundancy
• Feelings of IT risks for balance of cost and mitigation values
• Experience of datacenter solutions & HW recovery solutions with Disaster Recovery Plan
• Experience of coaching & training people remotely
• Understanding of risk driven business case
• Selling capability of IT risk and mitigation solution to management incl. creating slides
• Good leadership and listener between rows (observations)
• Good in IT risk observation both technical and process view
• Good in documentation for describing risk and mitigation solutions
