We currently have the following job opening;
IT Servicedesk Coordinator
In the position as IT Servicedesk Coordinator you will work in the Onsite support team with incidents as well as follow up and determine requirements for our first line support, act as a team leader for the 2nd line servicedesk/Onsite support with responsibility to coordinate the daily work. CEVT operate both in Sweden, China, US and Spain.
You will belong to the IT team that covers infrastructure operation, engineering and client support and application governance.
Responsibilities and tasks
• Work in the Onsite support team to solve cases in the second line support
• Follow up incidents / SLA's report to IT Operations Manager
• Drive incidents and tasks to their completion.
• Active communicate with end users about planned maintenance windows and incidents
• Administrate servicedesk system
• Administrate asset handling within service desk system
• Continues improvement within servicedesk
• Owner of incident process
• Owner of in instructions for servicedesk
• Owner of information to end user
• Owner of knowledge base articles to end user
Requirements
• A burning passion for technology
• Service minded with good people skills.
• At least 5 years working experience Servicedesk to be able to enhance processes and increase support quality within the IT department
• Experience of leading and coordinating team
• Fluent in English
• Good coordinator
• Good communicator
• Structured mindset and ability to develop internal processes and routines
• Ability to work under pressure and in a changing environment
• Cultural awareness, especially Asian ? European culture
