Your role
As a Service Owner you will have the overall ownership and responsibility for securing efficient service delivery within the areas Finance IT, BI/Data Warehouse, external and internal Web.
You will act as a Manager for the personnel working within the specified services. Collaborate with other IT Service Owners and Business stakeholders on tactical level through set governance, to follow-up on the delivery and set the roadmaps for the services. You will participate in the development of our services, contribute with your knowledge and expertise to visualize strategies, roadmaps and develop our existing organization, keeping up to date with technical developments.
We're looking for an IT Service Owner to:
• Be responsible for the management, operations and delivery of defined services according to the service levels, agreed with the business.
• Plan, organize, lead and coordinate the efforts to accomplish goals and objectives using available resources.
• Manage suppliers and agreement negotiations.
• Lead the tactical governance forums both with the business and with key suppliers within your area of responsibility.
• Development of human, financial, and technical resources.
• Plan, develop, manage and follow-up the work within the team.
Personal characteristics
As a person you are driven and committed to secure delivery of value to NCC business. You have good communication skills and likes to build sustainable relationships with others. You like challenges and have good planning capability on both short- and long term.
Your Background
We believe that you have an academic degree or similar in IT and have good knowledge of work processes in large companies. You have experience from leading positions before and managing of teams. You are fluent in English and Swedish, both verbally and written. Experience from working with ERP or Finance applications since earlier is a considered as a merit. Other important experiences are working with ITIL and Agile processes.
Location
This is a permanent position located in our HQ in Solna.
