We are currently recruiting IT professionals who thrive on becoming important players in our digital transformation journey, taking construction to new heights through IT.

Successful candidates would join the Group function for Development & Operations (DOS), which leads NCC 's strategic development and major change programs in the business. DOS is NCC's development and delivery function for IT as well as operations development and research & innovation. We are a Nordic organization with 140+ employees working together closely under one common management. Cooperation in- and between units is key for us to deliver value to NCCs business areas, and therefore we are currently transforming to an Agile mindset and way of working in Agile teams.



Your Role
As IT Service Owner you are accountable for end-to-end service delivery and development including all service offerings for the Product category Data & Analytics. The Data & Analytics applications in NCC is through a major change in how we run and operate the products. I In this position you will be an important part of enabling future ways of working.

As we are implementing the agile way of working you will also act as a Product owner, responsible for delivering the highest possible customer value by owning and deciding upon priorities in the agile product team's backlog. To do this it's important for you to have a close cooperation with your agile product team's business stakeholders and coordinate the overall strategic direction and deliveries with other related product owners.

The IT organization in NCC we have implemented a matrix organization where most employees are located in our Competence Center. In this role you will have a leading role on the day-to-day operations of the services within your area, but your team members are reporting to the manager in the Competence Center. Collaboration with other IT Service Owners and Business stakeholders on tactical level through set governance is one important task as well as follow-up on the delivery and setting the long-term development roadmap for the services. You will participate in the development of our services, contribute with your knowledge and expertise to visualize strategies, roadmaps and develop our existing organization, keeping up to date with technical developments.



Your profile
We believe that you have an academic degree or similar in IT and have good knowledge of work processes in large companies. You have more than 5 years' experience from leadership positions and managing teams. You are fluent in English and one of the Nordic languages, both verbally and written. Experience from working with Power BI, Microsoft Azure, Machine learning and Master data solutions is important. Other important experiences are ITIL and Agile processes.

You will be very important for us in our journey why we need you to

• have a good knowledge and experience of Self-Service BI and Business Intelligence
• be experienced of delivering in a service-oriented organization with an Agile setup.
• have knowledge and experience in IT sourcing and vendor management
• have extensive experience of outsourced delivery
• have excellent stakeholder management
• be experienced in budgeting and cost management
• have knowledge and experience of Power BI.

Additional information
This position can be located in any of our major cities in the Nordics, but you will be working closely with our stakeholders located at our office in Stockholm, Sweden. The position may require travelling 3 - 4 days a month within the Nordic countries.
