Your role:
The IT Service Owner for Husqvarna Construction, part of the GIS HCD IT Operations team, will oversee the lifecycle, delivery, support, and governance of specific applications for Husqvarna Construction globally.
Your primary role will be strategic and tactical, creating a service lifecycle roadmap that aligns with the vision of the Business Application Owner & Manager(s). This roadmap covers service launch, improvement, and sunset. While not directly involved in daily operations, you will be the guardian of Service Managers and accountable for the service, ensuring it meets organizational goals and delivers value.
Responsibilities:
Manage the service lifecycle roadmap and budget, including licenses.
Provide direction for Service Managers and engage in governance and capability forums.
Support improvement initiatives and actions.
Review service performance regularly and identify improvement requirements.
Oversee client communication for service launches and changes.
Develop and drive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics for service health.
Ensure compliance with security standards and manage associated risks.
Serve as a point of escalation for Service Managers, support groups, and third-party vendors.
In this role, you will guide delivery teams and stakeholders to achieve common objectives, navigate technical challenges, and ensure our services exceed business goals. You will be the main contact for the business, engaging with diverse stakeholders - to document and understand requirements, and helping the organization achieve its goals.
The IT Service Owner HCD Applications reports directly to the GIS HCD IT Operations Director, located in Sweden, Jonsered.
About you:
You are a hands-on, self-motivated and service-minded person, with an analytical approach. You are results-oriented, a strong team player and confident in driving your own agenda. With excellent leadership and communication skills, you balance management and technical languages effectively. Your global mindset and experience make you a dynamic and inspiring colleague and leader.
Your skills and experiences:
Master or Bachelor degree with minimum 5-7 years' experience within.
Service/Application Management in a similar role in a global environment.
Experienced with ITIL processes.
Experience in managing projects and IT budgets.
Experience with vendor and supplier management.
Fluent in English.
Location:
Preferred locations for this position are in Sweden at any of our sites (Huskvarna, Jonsered or Stockholm).
But, with our hybrid working environment, you'll have the flexibility to work both onsite and remotely, promoting work-life balance for all team members. We meet in the office 2-3 days a week.
