We are looking for a Service Manager for IT-deliveries in the Infrastructure Services department. You will be responsible for leading and coordinating IT-needs of Skanska-customers in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Estonia with focus on Infrastructure services. You will be part of a cross Nordic team in the Infrastructure Delivery organisation.
As Service Manager you are accountable for the strategic service portfolio within your area as well as Service Level Agreements, associated measurements, and monitoring and reporting. Service Managers also have a central role in the maintenance management organization, and in this position you will spend most of your time on the more tactical role as IT Solution Manager to plan and lead the day-to-day delivery.
In the role of IT Solution Manager you will be responsible for the tactical maintenance planning both for the daily activities to more long term planning. The object you will be responsible for are based on infrastructure components such as Microsoft AD, Exchange, Access Management, Servers, Storage, Databases and Data communication
Requirements:
Long experience in IT Infrastructure area
Relevant education
General financial competence and experience from planning, budgeting and forecasting work
You need to be fluent in English, both written and spoken
Experience from IT Infrastructure project management and working close to the business partners of IT or in customer relations is qualifying. Knowledge about ITIL and maintenance management (such as for example the model pm3) will be emphasized.
The ability to lead and work within a virtual/cross-functional team is important. As a person you are structured, a good communicator and interested in leadership development.
