Lantmännen is undertaking an exciting transformation journey within IT. The goal is to find better, smarter and more cost efficient solutions to support the Lantmännen business. In parallel, a lot of IT is being centralized to Corporate IT and there is a clear shift from Support to Business Development. As IT Service Manager, you will belong to the organization Solution Development, an organization that works with our business stakeholders to support strategy, development and maintenance of our IT solutions. In the role of IT Service Manager, you collaborate closely with your stakeholders on future requirements, needs and development. You are responsible for securing that the maintenance of your solutions is qualitative and cost efficient and you ensure long-term governance is established in your domain. Your area of responsibilities includes Lantmännen Finans AB, Lantmännen Fastigheter AB and our corporate Treasury function.
Your work assignments
As IT Service Manager, you are responsible for securing the quality of your services, from development to maintenance (AM and AD). You secure that roadmaps are aligned with long-term vision of IT and Business. In this role, you have an active collaboration with your vendors, you follow up on delivery in a structured manner following up on quality, and cost and ensuring all services are delivered in a timely fashion. You also collaborate closely with other IT departments and Sourcing to ensure e2e completeness of your services.
You will report to the Manager of Solution Centre Corporate Solutions and you will be based in either Malmö or Stockholm. Being based in Malmö will require regular travels to Stockholm. Being based in Stockholm will require regular travels to Malmö.
Your background
You have an academic exam relevant to this position and you have 7-10 years of experience in leading and coordinating service delivery of application development and maintenance including those based on outsourced delivery. You have experience in managing commercial agreements and experience from the Finance domain but also relevant Real Estate experience is strongly meriting. As cloud services (SaaS and PaaS) are used in these specific domains, experience from this is advantageous. Since Lantmännen is an international company you need to be fluent in English (spoken and written).

You enjoy the combination of strategy, service development and maintenance and see the importance of all elements e2e within your domain. You know what is required to succeed in a larger corporation and you are prestigeless in your way. The position as Service Manager requires a flexible and pragmatic approach as the pace of change is high in a constantly evolving environment.
