The scope
In this role you will be an important part of Resurs IT organization, improving and following up on our ITIL processes. You will be given the opportunity to work in a truly entrepreneurial company with the objective to ensure that we are future-proof and fit for purpose when it comes to our ITIL processes.
The focus of the role will be:
• Take responsibility for and continuously improve our ITIL processes
• Educate and anchor our processes with internal colleagues
• Lead Change Advisory Board meetings
• Conduct post-incident review meetings
• Follow up and ensure the processes are properly followed
• Coordinate critical incidents
About you
As a person, you are flexible and independent with a desire to collaborate.
You are driven and like to share your knowledge and experience with your colleagues, and you have an interest in always improving routines and ways of working.
To succeed in this role, we see that also you have
• An Academic and practical approach to handling challenges
• Knowledge and tangible experience of ITIL framework
• Experience in managing complex issues, developing solutions to remove barriers, and using judgment to make sound and dependable decisions
• Strong emphasis on leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with incident and change management
• Problem-solving skills
• Analytical mindset
Resurs Bank is an online bank with offices across the Nordics. Most of the IT organization is located in our offices in Helsingborg and Malmö. Working remotely is normal for us but we prefer that you are close to a Resurs office as you also need to be on-site physically.
If you are not a Nordic citizen, a valid work permit to work in one of our Nordic countries is a must.
