About the role
As an IT Service Management (ITSM) Process Owner at Stena Group IT, you will be pivotal in designing, implementing, managing, and continuously improving our IT service management processes. Reporting to the Service Management Operation (SMO) Manager, you will ensure that these processes align with business needs, are delivered efficiently, and meet quality standards. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, IT teams, business units, and external partners to optimize and scale our ITSM processes.
Your key responsibilities will include developing and documenting ITSM processes, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards like ITIL. You will oversee the day-to-day operation of these processes, establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for process improvement, implementing changes based on feedback and performance metrics. Engaging with stakeholders, you will communicate updates, provide training, and support adherence to processes. You will also ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements, conducting risk assessments and participating in audits.About You
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in IT service management with a strong understanding of ITIL best practices.

Certifications:
ITIL Foundation certification is required; advanced ITIL certifications or other relevant certifications (e.g., COBIT, ISO 20000) are preferred.

Skills:
Strong skills in designing and documenting ITSM processes and excellent communication abilities.
Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and identify effective solutions.
Collaborative mindset and experience working with cross-functional teams.
High energy, ambitious, and self-motivated with a focus on customer satisfaction.
