Publiceringsdatum2016-03-22ArbetsuppgifterWe are currently looking for people for our Service Desk team to manage tasks and orders received via telephone and web portal from our customers. You will be the initial point of contact for responding to logged software and hardware issues by following our processes, routines and customer agreements. This involves quickly helping customers with their IT queries such as troubleshooting, account management (AD, email, VPN) and management of storage. You will also provide credentials across multiple systems and distribute the tasks in the case management system to various specialist teams when further support is required. This is a fulltime position working on schedule and is based from our Karlskrona office.
ProfilWe are looking for someone with a degree or equivalent, specialising in IT.
It is advantageous to have experience from a similar role and a good knowledge of several different IT areas. Good administrative skills are also very important.
As a person, you will be service-oriented and find it easy to communicate with customers and end users.
Furthermore, you will be a committed team player and have the ability to deliver solutions and solving technical problems when they arise. We would also expect you to be self-motivated, responsible and demonstrating a positive and flexible approach to work.
As a Nordic organisation it is important that you can communicate fluently in English and Swedish, both written and oral.
