hela Sverige Acne Studios is now looking for a Mandarin-speaking Service Desk Specialist to the IT operations team. This is a position where you will provide first line incident management for internal and external customers. It therefore requires a true passion for service and support, and a positive mindset! We are looking for a result and a customer-oriented person who wants to work in a tight team. You should have a technical interest and an eager to always learn more. As a co-worker at Acne Studios you should also have excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
About the role
Your primary responsibility will include incident and problem management that will come from customers inquiries via phone and e-mails. You will support users across offices, stores and warehouses operations world-wide. You will be specialized in the Asian market and support stores and offices in China and Japan which means that working hours might reflect the office hours in that region.
This role also includes hands-on and remote fixes, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware and technical configuring systems and applications. As a Service Desk Specialist, you will amongst others perform onboarding and offboarding of users, create e-mail accounts and group memberships while configure new user workstations and laptops.
Requirements
High School Diploma
Fluent in English, written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
Fluent in Mandarin both written and oral
Experience with general PC and Mac hardware and communication devices
Client-facing skills and the ability to establish contact with departments on all levels
Meriting with
Experience from customer service or technical support in a related field
Knowledge in Japanese
Experience with modern ITSM and ITIL processes and techniques
Knowledge and experience working in environment with Microsoft AD/Office 365/Windows Client and Server OS, Mac OS X and other related products and services for the business
The position reports to the Service Delivery Manager and will be based at Acne Studios headquarters in Stockholm. Travelling may occur.
