Assignment description:

We have implemented a new innovation IT service solution called Connect IT BAR.

The service also includes common tasks for the Technicians such as installing and delivering computers

The Connect IT BAR enables users to go directy to our service point and get support directly without calling servicedesk. A ticket will be created by the service personnel and the user will get the support they need.

Minimum experience 2 years from working in similar teams.
Extrovert and supporting way of working.
Fluent in Swedish and English.
