IT is a crucial part of this transformation as Scania's success is depending on flexible and efficient IT solutions that support current and future business requirements.
To strengthen our ability to protect and fully utilize our capabilities we are looking for an IT Security Specialist to join our team. The team currently consist of 11 highly dedicated specialists whose main responsibilities are; SIEM, malware protection, vulnerability management, penetration testing, forensic analysis and security architecture. Our working ground is the whole of Scania, globally.

What challenges do we offer?
Within this role you will:
• be responsible for the daily management of Scandia's word-wide enterprise anti-virus platform with roughly 49000 supported endpoints
• work with endpoint management and compliance control, including exception handling
• attack monitoring, incident response and acting on Anti-Virus alarms raised
• handle support issues concerning anti-virus and give support in anti-virus related questions towards the IT-organisation
• mainly work in the management tool, McAfee ePO, but also with other tools, and of course benefit from collaborating with and getting help and support from your colleagues
• act and provide support to the rest of our team in case of incidents and IT security related investigations
• participate in management activities and development related to the Antivirus service
What profile do we believe you have?
For you to be successful in this role we believe that:
• you are a technician with a genuine passion for or interest in IT-security
• you are thorough, systematic and analytical
• you have knowledge of network technologies or experience with vulnerability management and firewalls
• you have high integrity and a personality to be both a team player and self-going
• experience from antivirus management or enterprise client-server networking environments is a plus, as is security experience from the Microsoft platform
• Self-driven knowledge building and a threat-detecting mindset are two important skills in this team. Introduction and initial training will be provided from within the IT-security team, in combination with formal courses. You are expected to grow within the role over time, building your own areas of expertise.
Good written and verbal skills in Swedish and English is a requirement.
