We currently have the following job opening;
IT Security Manager
In this position you will be responsible for the company’s Information security and data protection. This is a new position at CEVT, you will have the opportunity to build up and develop the IT Security for a fast growing and modern company and be part of CEVT’s exciting journey. You will be responsible for develop and implement working methods, processes and routines to protect the organization.
You will be part of the IT department and report to the IT Director. As all CEVT IT solutions are quite new you will have the possibility to create a modern and solid security setup and processes.
There will be great opportunities and challenges in this team as the environment is constantly growing. The car projects continuously demands unique solutions on the IT environment, there will always be new challenges and high expectations.
Responsibilities and tasks
• Owner of Information security and data protection (information, network, access, hardware, guidelines).
• Build and run IT Security management.
• Create future strategic roadmap for CEVT IT security.
• Work closely together with Security Director for guide lines and follow up.
• Work closely together with IT Operation and IT Application team for maintenance, change routines, implementing necessary adjustments and improvements.
• Support Security Director in IT related investigations.
• Be part of CEVT Security team.
• Drive and develop security alignment between Geely Auto and CEVT.
• Educate the organisation in Information and data protection.
Requirements
• At least 5 years of experience of working with Information and Data protection.
• Experience of Security standards like ISO 27000.
• Experience of security incidents handling.
• Knowledge about the business and its applications.
• Analytical and strategic skills to drive development and strategic planning.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a changing environment.
• Change management skills.
• Cultural awareness, especially Asian – European culture
