The IT Support & Operations organization is responsible for three areas of Business and IT support: Global Key User Network, Global Seco Service Desk and Global Operational Technology. Our role is to make sure that we support business with future-proof technology, best-in-class IT-support and a truly business-focused know-how support. Furthermore, we are accountable for the overall global roles of IT security, monitoring and ITIL process expertise; roles in which we work closely together with our colleagues in IT Demand & Development.
As we are entering an exciting phase of change and decentralization, we are now looking for an IT Security Manager. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to be a part of designing and establishing a new role, and designing it for the future, with excellent possibilities to make an impact. The location for this position is globally flexible within a Seco unit but, preferably, in Fagersta, Sweden.
Key performance areas
As IT Security Manager, you assure that Seco Tools IT Security aligns with the guidelines and policies in the Business Area and Industry Group. You set up and implement the IT Security structure in accordance with the above, and you ensure that the appropriate application security levels are met. You have overall responsibility and drive continual operational IT Security improvements and development, maintaining and updating the IT Security Strategy. Since we work in a global setting, travel will be necessary to some extent.
We are looking for someone with appropriate schooling or training and extensive IT security experience, and at least five years of experience from similar tasks. You have genuine knowledge of IT infrastructure, including but not limited to, Microsoft, WmWare, Networks and Clients. ITIL certification is beneficial. As this is a globally present role, you need good skills in English, both verbally and written, while knowledge of Swedish is advantageous.
