To further excel in our Company Digital transformation, Ericsson Group has started several Digital Capability tracks, called Lighthouses that is led by a Lighthouse Manager.
To lead this Digital Transformation and acting as a close partner to the Lighthouse Manager we are now looking for an Engagement Manager at Solution Area Enterprise Systems at Group IT.
Job Summary:
Group IT have decided to turn into an federated ways of working with regards to IT security for our Global products, meaning putting the product IT security responsibility more closer to the respective Solution Areas that are accountable for our Global Product Portfolios.
The role will have the freedom and responsibility to setup and create the framework, establish the ways of working with regards to IT Security for our Global Products (+140 products), both internally at SA level as well as how to establish the correct Governance towards Group IT Security Unit.
Therefor, we are now looking for a IT Security Lead for the SA Enterprise Systems, to drive the establishment of this new Unit and work across our different sub-units.
As the role of IT Security Lead you will also work to improve market and employee trust in Ericsson's security brand by recognizing emerging trends, risk, business needs and transforming into Security Strategy and solutions. Drive and lead security strategy and execution. Provide leadership and vision to SA Enterprise Systems as well as the security organization.
Challenge how things are done in order to create trust, business value and get results. Inspire the security organization to create business enabling solutions, methods and tools to support Ericsson's business operations.
Provide leadership and courage in stressful situations such as crisis and or difficult investigations.
Responsibilities:
Develop a IT Security and associate competency roadmap
Concecptualize and drive building competence, framework, process and methodology for IT Security, which is aligned with Group IT Security
Align security strategy
Execute security strategy
Drive one and right security culture
Develop security organization
Drive effective security governance
Manage security risk
Manage IT Security Audit for Solution Area
Evangelize IT Security culture, create awareness among SA team and improve their competency
Key Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor degree in a related field is required.
Min years of experience : 12+ years of work experiene with 5+ years of work experience in IT Security area and 5+ years of work experience
Domain experience: Hands on experience of many years within IT Security, Information Security, Data Privacy, IT Application Development, Application Maintenance or Operations
Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001, Privacy, Risk Management, Information-, Personnel-, Physical security, Business Continuity and Crisis Management
Information Security Knowledge

Business Understanding
Change and Improvement Management Skills
Risk Management Skills
