Security awareness is the knowledge and attitude members of an organization possess regarding the protection of the physical and informational assets in H&M. H&M require a formal security awareness training for all workers when they join the organization and periodically thereafter, usually annually.
As a Security specialist at H&M you will work with ensuring that the security awareness program meets H&Ms regulations, policies, and compliance requirements that effectively follow the company need and growth. Your task will also include creating a long term security awareness program that is relevant to different roles and user-groups and a metrics framework for measuring awareness.
The focus of Security Awareness program is to achieve a long term shift and inform the employees more about information security, whilst promoting a cultural and behavioral change within an organization. You will be the person who creates a positive and educational awareness program that engages! You will be part of the team in charge of various security areas.
Your responsibilities
• Conduct awareness training sessions
• Create content and practical exercises to training, adjustments when needed
• Create a maintenance plan for the Awareness service include development, e.g. gaps and best practices
• Training administration
• Report to sponsors and steering group around status, issues, requirements with a set plan and budget
• Attending Security Awareness forums and activities within H&M
Your skills
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include:
• At least 2 years of practical experience in IT- and/or Information security
• Used to work with IT security from a business perspective
• Enthusiastic and Pedagogic ability with a genuine interest in the Information security area
• Enjoy teaching and speaking in front of others, have the ability to communicate and interacting with people
• Have the ability to communicate around issue, problems and solutions within the organization
• Team worker and also capable of working individually
• Drive and manage the long term Awareness program which include planning, developing and organizing the activities
• Experienced in documenting in English and Swedish
