In the role as a IT Security Architect you get the opportunity to work together with a group of Senior Solution Architects with different competences and different functional focus areas. You will be responsible for the IT security solutions for a group of platforms and services.
Take the chance to contribute with your expertise within the IT- and Information security area! You will be involved in different projects and maintenance work, which may include everything from technical solutions to strategic questions.
The H&M online store are growing rapidly both in terms of sales volume and new functions. Our service area Sales Online is making sure the shop is open; customers get the right look and feel and shopping experience. We are constantly working to ensure that our customers have the best experience when they use the site, regardless of what touch point they use. No matter if it's via a mobile, a tablet or via a regular computer, they shall have the best web site at their hands.
We have several teams and areas ensuring this, and now we are looking for a IT Security Architect to come and help us out in doing this an even better web site than it is today!

Your responsibilities
The job of a IT Security Architect at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
• Be responsible for the IT security solution for a group of platforms and services.
• Work with and support the release project and the maintenance team when it comes to security related requirements and processes connect to IT- and Information security.
• Plan and perform information classifications for internal and external system and document the outcome based on a standardised process.
• Manage the project compliance towards the IT- and Information security requirements.
• Perform risk assessments and document the outcome.
• Raise the risk awareness and suggest mitigating solutions for identified risks.
• Manage and follow-up on Penetration Test Activities.
• Work with continuous Security Requirement Maintenance.
• Participate in and follow up on IT Security Audit Activities.
• Collaborate with external vendors and our implementation partner.
• Participate in architect forums and collaborate with initiatives outside the program.
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include:
• At least 5 years of documented practical experience from working with IT- and Information security in a project or governance situation.
• Experience from working with larger implementation projects supporting the project with focus on Security Architecture.
• Experience from working with requirements and compliance from an information security perspective handling information classifications and risk assessments.
• Experience from IT governance through methods/guidelines/legislations.
• Experience from structuring revisions and audits connected to PCI and Financial audits.
• Experienced in governing solutions and leading security solution work streams.
• Good Swedish and English in speech and writing
It is Qualifying having experience from e-commerce solutions and business to consumer platforms that spans multiple systems.
The role is 100% and based in Stockholm. Some sporadic business trips could be required.
