Surveillance is one of four Business areas inside Saab with focus on radar and sensors and are now looking to strengthen the need for IT security competence.
Your role
Surveillance IT, a central organization within Surveillance Operational Excellence, works on a tactical and strategical level to ensure that the employees of Surveillance has the tools and solution to deliver world class products to our customers.
Your roles as IT Security Analyst is to support our Business Area and colleagues with expertise and knowledge about IT Security requirements.
Saab and Business Area Surveillance is a global organization and Surveillance IT has a global responsibility which gives that travelling both inside Sweden but also globally is a part of the role. To be an IT security analyst you will work to acquire an in-depth knowledge of Business Area Surveillance and Saab capabilities to be able to balance security and business.
Your Profile
In this role you will be creating business analysis, outlining challenges, opportunities and solutions for a business with focus on compliance and regulatory requirements. Also you will be responsible for bridging the gap between IT and the business. You need the ability to improvise, adapt and overcome the unexpected when the business makes decisions that we need to mold in to the compliance framework.
Other key assignments
* Understand IT security assessments and create solutions to mitigate security risks
* Develop business-oriented IT solutions for Business Area Surveillance focusing on compliance and regulatory requirements
* Ensure compliance and that IT security matters are properly represented and acted upon by responsible parties
* Incident management, including incident investigations
Required skills:
* Strong technical IT and IT-security knowledge with focus on system/product development
* In depth knowledge about cybersecurity frameworks such as ISO27001 and NIST.
* Experience from working with IT security for government authorities or in a global company
* Experience from working with incident handling and/or incident investigations
* Written and verbal communication skills
* Understanding of business needs versus security requirements.

* Strong collaborative skills to be able to define stakeholder needs on IT, to enable a significant and positive effects on user workflow
* Maintain knowledge of new and emerging security threats, security frameworks, and regulations
* Experience from working in an international environment
Personal qualities will be of great importance and it is of greatest importance that you are trustworthy with strong ethics and a high personal integrity. You understand the need for balanced security in a business driven environment.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
