We are looking for a person with experience in IT support with focus on Application Operation Delivery. You will be member of our global IS&T Department providing support for all our sites. Your daily work is close to our end-users. Your primary responsibility is to support and administrate OS and Software deployment through (SCCM) Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager.
Areas of responsibility/Personal tasks
• Provide end-user support
• Application installation/configuration
• Testing / error determination
• Creation of workstation provisioning via SCCM OSD and Task Sequences
• Creation of application provisioning via SCCM packages and updates
• Provide troubleshooting in installation and configuration of SCCM 2012
• Participates in the development and implementation of new application and patch packages releases
• Develops and implements testing strategies and document results
Candidate profile
• Ability to write scripts
• Basic Application packaging knowledge
• Basic Knowledge of PowerShell, VB, VB Scripting, WMI batch and other scripting languages
• Manage desktop policies
• Basic knowledge of IT Infrastructure and client server applications
• Basic understanding of Windows operating systems, Registry, File systems, Services packs, Patches, installation and uninstall mechanisms
• Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or a related technical field.
• Experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
This position is based in Mullsjö, Sweden and includes global responsibility that involves some travelling over several days to other Kongsberg Automotive sites. Availability in off hours will be required to resolve support Incidents or to take part in global projects and/or planned systems maintenance.
