hela Sverige The IT-department in Finspång (FIA) is a part of the global support organization for SAP Atlas (GS IT ED). We are a global competence center for SAP and we are working actively to find synergies and god collaboration for 3 different Siemens SAP systems, Atlas, Green and OneP.
We are now looking for a new employee to work as a CO/PS Application Analyst in our Center of Expertise for SAP. Overall knowledge of FI module is also desirable. The Applications Analyst is an Application Management role which manages applications throughout their lifecycle. This role plays an important part in the application-related aspects of designing, testing, operating and improving IT services. It is also responsible for developing the skills required to operate the applications required to deliver IT services.
What are my responsibilities?
• Responsible for availability of all end-to-end processes of the assigned functional area in a specific service (e.g. ATLAS, OneP, Wind) according to business requirements
• Manages the functional area and updates to service catalogue for IT Service Provider.
• Establishes and maintains structures for Service Level management
• Service level structure and content
• Requirements for external contracts to fulfill agreed Service Levels
• Update existing SLA's regarding new service requirements
• Establishing effective communication between technical realisation team and the business partner organisation
• Ensure seamless integrated operations of all interfaces in functional area
What do I need to qualify for the job?
• Expert application and customizing knowledge for assigned functional area.
• Good knowledge about the financial processes in SAP (even in the other SAP modules)
• Preferably knowledge of related modules and strong cross-modular skills incl. interfaces.
• Knowledge in business processes regarding controlling (project controlling, production order controlling) and financial reporting.
• Overall understanding for logistics processes.
• Working understanding of SAP / software implementation methodology and tools.
• Ability to solve a company's business requirements through the used standard solution
• Good time management and organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities.
• Very good management experience and team leading skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Languages: English (German is a plus)
