Job Title: IT Sales Executive (Outside Sales Representative)

As a rapidly growing organization, we are continually adding new, career-driven team members. We are currently seeking dynamic Sales representative to join our outside sales team. As an Outside Sales Executive, you will identify potential clients, engage prospects, help clients choose the right technology products and services to meet their needs and close IT services contracts. You will be responsible for planning and organizing your day, including contacting and meeting new clients, making presentations, and presenting Hytton's services and solutions to prospective clients.

Additional Responsibilities

# Prospecting for new clients via telephone, networking, trade shows, and more
# Engaging prospects by identifying their needs, presenting solutions, and building trust
#I dentifying and reaching key decision makers
# Contributing to marketing plans and activities
# Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies

Qualifications

Success in this position will be based on your ability to build relationships and convert those relationships into sales. This is a fast-paced, competitive sales role.
# Associate or bachelors degree in IT or Business administration or equivalent job experience
# Deep appreciation for process, performance measurement, and result-oriented sales approach
# Must be an aggressive self-starter with excellent prospecting, relationship building, and closing skills.
# Effective communication and negotiation skills
# Fluent in Swedish, both written and spoken is a must.
