We are currently looking for a second IT Release Coordinator to our IT Operations department in Stockholm, a department which is responsible for day-to-day operations of technical poker infrastructure. The role’s main focus is to coordinate releases delivered from our in-house developers and from time to time also coordinate internal projects working together with the line managers and teams.
Your place at the table
Coordinates and plans deploys of Releases delivered from our development department
Part of developing, implement and communicate the IT Release coordination process
Coordinate testing activities within the department
Be the link between development and line organization and cooperates with teams and managers within bwin to help secure deployment.
Coordinates incoming requests and backlog activities within the department
Be responsible to perform smaller internal projects according to bwin standards including communication and information flows
Your gaming skills and experience
We expect the successful candidate to have good knowledge of project management and should be able to multi task and prioritize various ongoing assignments. General technical knowledge of IT-infrastructure and software development with a willingness to expand their knowledge is a key success factor for this role. Experience or knowledge of Service Management and ITIL experience will be considered as a plus.
Player profile
You are a self-starter, very structured and can express yourself fluently in both written and spoken English. Good written and spoken Swedish is preferred but not essential.
You are customer focused and understand how your decisions affect the business and its customers. You have an ability to take initiative and bring to a successful conclusion the assignments that come your way. You have proven documentation skills and is a team player.
