Dina arbetsuppgifter
As a technical recruiter at Flowbox your main task will be to headhunt, attract and hire engineering talent from all over the world. We're growing fast and in this role, you'll own the hiring process and work closely with our hiring manager as well as with our tech team to help them scale.
You'll be responsible for the whole hiring process; sourcing, interviewing and closing new talent. In this role you'll work closely together with our CTO and tech team to get a deeper understanding of our business and challenges in order to help us stay at the forefront of tech innovation.

For this position, we're looking for a recruiter with solid experience of recruiting in the technical field. You love connecting with new people in various ways and finding the best talent out there is your main priority, regardless of where in the world they come from our what their background is.


Kvalifikationer
• Have at least 3 years of tech recruitment experience
• Are able to coach and support our CTO in important hiring decisions
• Previous experience of sourcing, interviewing and closing top engineering talent.
• Like to improve processes and find new ways of doing things
• Thrive in a changing, fast-paced environment
• Are a great storyteller who know how to inspire people to join our company
• Can advise but also challenge our hiring managers when needed in hiring decisions
• Care about each candidate. Providing an outstanding candidate experience is your top priority
• You're fluent in English and have at least basic knowledge in Swedish
