hela Sverige An exciting opportunity has become available to join the Pentasia Team! We are currently seeking an Experienced IT Recruiter who is keen to apply his/her work and be a part of our growing business.
The Role
Conducting market research on your specialism
Utilising a variety of methods to source the best candidates
Screening and interviewing your chosen candidates
Developing business with new and existing clients
Building and maintaining relationships with your candidates by offering support and guidance
You will need to have
1+ years full cycle recruitment experience;
Strong sourcing and interviewing skills, including direct sourcing ability, and excellent networking skills;
Ability to deal with Senior Client groups;
Comfortable with ?cold calls? and lead generation
Ability to network by telephone and at industry conferences;
Familiar with working to monthly sales revenue targets;
Managed an IT/Technical desk
Fluent in Swedish
