About the job
Your main focus will be QA-responsibility for all major and critical IT projects within Euroclear Sweden, whilst also driving the development of QA within the Euroclear Sweden organisation.
As the leader for QA in Euroclear Sweden, you will collaborate closely with our colleagues across the rest of the Euroclear group and in particular the QA team in Euroclear's headquarters in Brussels.
General
Work to minimize the risk of internal and external failure costs
Support programme and project managers to continuously improve ways of working based on factual information
Facilitate lessons learned and action planning
Planning and Control
Determining quality standards, processes,metrics and KPIs to be used in programmes and projects (aligning with the Euroclear group where applicable / relevant)
Set standards that provide the basis for decisions regarding possible corrective actions
Analyse programme and project management plans and identify how to monitor and control
Plan for the establishment and maintenance of performance measures
Define quality control tools to be used
Create quality management plan
Process Management
Create process improvement plan
Assess how processes are applied in practise and determine whether they are correct and effective (QA)
Measurement
Perform periodic quality audits within programmes
Measure performance actuals against quality standards set in programme and project plans
Your profile
You have several years of experience in large IT-projects and knowledge in software development process (requirements, test etc.). In addition, you also need to have proven experience of QA-responsibility - both internal and external. Knowledge of ITIL, Six Sigma, etc. is an advantage.
Our new quality manager is a strong communicator, who is used to handling several stakeholders and can independently drive progress. Fluency in English and Swedish is required.
